Forward Deployed Engineers

Our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) provide support, assistance with using products, and help to identify new areas that our technologies and products can be used, for our enterprise customers.

FDEs are present full time at customer offices and help with many tasks including:

  • Discussing technology and soutions strategy and architecture
  • Coordinating with Digital Horizons teams to design and implement solutions
  • Preparing installations and configurations
  • Processing tasks using various products and solutions
  • Guiding and providing support to users
  • Trouble-shooting errors and technical problems
  • Documenting and preparing reports and dashboards for customers
  • Presenting and updating current progress and further schedules
  • Providing and coordinating overall technology and infrastructure support

Our engineers are specially trained and have expertise and experience to deliver solutions and support to our customers. They have direct access to specialists and senior management in the Digital Horizons organization and are able to reach out instantly and request guidance and actions to address customer needs.
